  • Successfully led the global corporate LGBT diversity program for a major world-class firm … largest firm to reach 100% on the “Corporate Equality Index” in the index’s first year.
  • Started another Fortune 500 firm in the process of becoming an LGBT diversity leader and achieving 100% on the Corpoprate Equality Index. Met with corporate CEO and other senior leaders.
  • A frequent speaker at conferences on building and executing a successful LGBT diversity strategy, reaching over 2,000 professionals in over 25 venues.
  • Spoke to over another 1,000 professionals in over 20 additional venues on general diversity and sensitivity training and topics.
  • Provided diversity sensitivity training for 32 York Security officers, receiving 94% “strongly positive” evaluations and a strong endorsement from the manager (see testimonials).
  • Developed and delivered customized general diversity and leadership training for several other additional clients.
  • Presented several workshops and trainings in 2015 for multiple clients on the hot topic of transgender diversity.
  • Assisted in building a major corporation’s LGBT-focused marketing and sales initiatives, which drove over $10M incremental revenue per year.

  • Designed company’s internal diversity constituency web pages which launched on time, within budget and received over 1,000 “hits” per month

  • Led effort to develop and deliver a set of educational “tip sheets” dealing with LGBT co-workers and for LGBT employees’ specific issues. They were made available to over 100,000 US employees.
